The experience Mair has within the catering and hospitality industry gave her the crucial foundations to take the plunge and set up her own business in the year 2000. This was the start of Cegin Gwenog Catering, a family owned, welsh speaking mobile catering business, based in the rural West Wales village of Llanwenog. 

Cegin Gwenog Catering has grown from strength to strength over the years, developing with the industry. As a mobile catering business, Cegin Gwenog travels the width and breadth of Wales offering a wide range of catering services including outdoor catering, wedding catering, corporate event catering, agricultural shows, buffets, funeral tea's and afternoon tea's, to name a few. Cegin Gwenog also offers the service of a mobile bar with both Mair and Tony being personal license holders. The pair have years of experience not only within the catering and hospitality industry but also within the service of mobile bars; the bars can be fully assembled by the team, who also offer a very professional service to guests. Cegin Gwenog Catering pride themselves in having the ability and experience to tailor any catering/hospitality service to be in line with the requirements of each individual customer, ensuring that each event reaches all expectations.
